Meet the team

2024 was our 43rd year of trading on Drayton Road/ Havers Road in Norwich and we marked it by fully embracing the online sales model and our redesigned premises to match. This decision was driven from the Covid experience where we embraced the position that came from it regarding our industry and combined it with our extensive motor trade knowledge came to the format that we now carry out business on. Operating on an appointment only sales model that has enabled us to focus on customer experience and product presentation giving us the ability to give more time to each of our customers and vehicles, along with a better work/home balance for our staff members and a generally more streamlined operation.

Carscene has always embodies the term family business as both my mother and father, uncle and two cousins have all worked here to help shape the business. As it is today it gives me great comfort and pleasure looking back at the early years.
