I had a very positive experience with the team and customer support was exceptional from viewing the car virtually via video call to attending the showroom! Manager was very helpful in answering all my questions prior to me purchasing the car through to after sale when I had driven the car home and had a few more questions about some functions in the car 😊!! I would definitely recommend buying from Carscene!

I bought a Landrover Freelander from Carscene in January 2020 but have waited a few months to write the review in case I had any problems post sale. I have not. From my initial contact and viewing on their forecourt I was pleased and impressed by the lack of pressure to buy from any salespeople, but a calm, professional and courteous approach letting me know that someone was available, if and when required. When I arranged a test-drive, again no pressure applied, relevant and appropriate information supplied, and explained in easy to understand language without technical jargon, but evident that they know their vehicles, and their history. The sale was smooth, the trade in price was realistic, and allowed me to change my mind and sell externally. Collection was again smooth giving me confidence that any problems would be addressed, and clearly explained how to go about resolving them. In all, a professional non-threatening, stress free transaction allowing me to highly recommend.

Very friendly staff. Car was spot on. Cant expect more for a 4 1/2 year old motor. Full service and fresh MOT , 6 month warranty and well Valleted. Was worried that buying a car from the other side of the country would be a gamble but it made the 650 mile journey effortlessly. Only thing was , does no 2and hand vehicles come with floor mats nowadays?
